All sales are final. If the product is incorrect or has a defect we will provide an exchange or we will correct the defect. To do an exchange, you have 5 days after delivery has been made.

With specialized custom, bridal and sample sale pieces: all sales are final.

However, if you have any questions or a concern upon receiving your item, please contact us so we can review.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items purchased are intentionally damaged or have been mishandled in any way.

If you would like to exchange a non personalized item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order for store credit. All items must be returned in new and unworn condition. Once the product has been reviewed a store credit will be initiated. We do not offer original shipping fees as store credit. In stock items will be held until we receive your return.

If your exchange has a lead time of 3-4weeks, production will start once the piece has been received and reviewed.
