For in stock items, please allow 2-5 business days for shipping. For pieces not in stock, please allow 3-4 weeks for production. If your order is a rush or if you want to inquire product availability, please email hello@sabellah.com and we will let you know if your request can be accommodated. Please note the shipping method selected does not expedite your order's production time.
SHIPPING
Once your piece is complete, we will email you with tracking information. All jewelry shipments to a residential requires signature upon delivery, there will be three attempts (purchaser is responsible for any costs associated with a package returned to Sabellah Jewelry due to multiple failed delivery attempts).
All next day orders submitted by 12 pm EST will ship out that day if there are no modifications. Please put an address where you will know someone will be at the location to sign.
- Standard Shipping: arrives within 2 business days between 9am-12pm (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Standard Overnight: arrives next business day/ 9-11am (excluding weekends and holidays). Please place by 12pm EST to leave same day.
- FedEx International: 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
*International orders may be required to pay duty or VAT. These are the responsibility of the purchaser before your package is delivered.
